Munnar is a breathtakingly gorgeous area in Kerala that cannot be captured on a single painting. Anything and anything here will delight us. Hills, mist, valleys, streams, waterfalls, tea plantations, and unusual flora and animals. This 5-day journey will leave you filled with joy as you explore Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary for the ultimate natural experiences. The package offers a drive from the Cochin airport to Munnar, waterfall visits at Athirapilly and Vazhachal, Matupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, and Eravikulam National Park, a drive to Periyar, check in at the hotel, a boat ride on Lake Peiyar, and a spice plantation walk. Following breakfast, take a backwater tour on Lake Vembanadu before being transferred to the airport, depending on flight times.
You will be picked up from Cochin airport by your chauffeur who will then drive you to Munnar. On the way visit waterfalls in Athirapilly and Vazhachal. Enjoy the scenic drive through the winding roads lush with vegetation on both sides. Arrive Munnar and check into your hotel.
To visit Matupetty Dam, Kundala Lake and pass through the tea plantations. Later you may also visit Eravikulam National Park.
Drive to Periyar en-route passing beautiful hills and valleys of Western Ghat. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Later enjoy (on direct payment) boat ride on Lake Peiyar which will start at around 1530hrs. or you may enjoy a spice plantation walk.
Drive to Alleppey and check in at hotel. The rest of the day would be at leisure to enjoy the facilities of the hotel.
Today morning after breakfast enjoy short backwater cruise on Lake Vembanadu and later you will be transferred to airport which will depend on the flight timings.
