The highlight of this trip is a visit to Pangong Lake, the Pangong Tso Lake means a βHigh Grassland Lakeβ located in the Changthang region of Ladakh is situated at an altitude of 14,270 ft (4,350m). The Lake is famous for its blue waters and is a very famous for the Bollywood industry since the shot of the movie 3 Idiots where the climax was shoot. During winters the Lake freezes up completely and is amazing to be viewed from the top as beneth the lake resides different shades of blue.
Arrive at Leh: Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your private chauffeur who will transfer you to your pre-booked accommodation. The rest of the day will be free to acclimatize yourself to the environment of Leh. In the evening you may explore the local area of your own.

The remaining day is at leisure to see and admire this beautiful Lake which seems to be dyed in blue, stand in stark contrast to the arid mountains surrounding it. Extending to almost 160km, one-third of the Pangong Lake lies in India and the other two-thirds in China.
