Hiliya Resort is a heritage property surrounded by acres of lush green organic farmland, complete with spices, fruit trees, plantations, and cattle. Across a creek that marks the boundaries of our green home is a tropical forest rich in flora and animals, where nature can be felt in every "nook N cranny." Accommodation options include a 75-year-old bungalow with historical and revolutionary significance, premium rooms, basic rooms, and cottages. From the bungalow, guests may take in the panoramic splendour of the tropical jungle. They can go hiking, bird viewing, or fishing. They are provided a sufficient number of opportunities to assist in farm tasks. Rubber tapping, weeding, composting, coffee picking, pruning, manuring, and cooking are all activities to experience rural living.

What to Expect

Our farm is 100% free of plastic. Because we practise intercropping and mixed farming, each season is filled with one or the other activity. The majority of our employees come from our neighbouring towns and tribal communities. We arrange for visitors to see and purchase things created locally, as well as learn about their cultural activities and way of life. Staying in Hiliya promotes organic farming as well as the necessity of protecting our natural resources. It will motivate us to work with nature. It will provide insight into the environmental benefits of organic agricultural methods, as well as benefits to the rural economy and social cohesion.
