We had a fantastic experience here. The family is nice and warm, and we were provided three meals each day, including tea. The cuisine was tasty and real. They are also delighted to accommodate to vegans and have inquired for our preferences in advance. The pricing was quite affordable. Drinking water is also easily available, eliminating the need to waste money and plastic.

Mr. Maipakchao assisted us in planning an excellent schedule for our stay.The Homestay is positioned near a hill from where you can enjoy breathtaking 360-degree dawn and sunset views of the lake. It's a short (but steep) hike. I strongly advise you to watch both the dawn and the sunset.

Mr. Maipakchao is really pleasant and helpful. This is the first homestay in Manipur.The accommodations are huge, and the meals are delicious and satisfying. You'll feel right at home since the family treats each guest as if they were one of their own.
Mr. Maipakchao spoke a lot about the location, Loktak, and Manipur. He is doing a lot to educate people about the misunderstanding that exists concerning Manipur. He even booked a boat cruise and assisted me with my future plans in Manipur. He even took me for a walk and ascended the hill to the overlook above Loktak Lake.

A warm and welcoming experience. It's a simple yet clean guesthouse in Thanga, Loktak. If you have the proper expectations, this is an excellent venue for hospitality. The rooms are modest yet nice. Parking is on the roadside, and it is a 20-step walk to the homestay. The hosts and family met all of our needs on time. They were also prepared to pack us breakfast for the next day's lengthy travel. They also recommended sites to visit in the area, as well as when to do so.
